During the uprising, or the Freddie Gray protest, Natalie led the challenge on the illegal detention of hundreds of people detained in Central Booking. By the end of one business day, her and the team’s efforts resulted in over 100 protestors being released without charges. She went on to make sure virtually all of the curfew violation charges were dismissed even for those not arrested.
