The client was charged with murder in a tragedy for everyone involved. Natalie successfully used the client's son's testimony to show the jury what happened. The jury acquitted the client of all the felony charges

The police shot at Keith Davis a total of 44 times on June 15, 2015. The State charged him with 15 counts for a tragic murder that morning. After two trials, Natalie represented him in the third trial against Mr. Davis. She fiercely called into question the reliability of a jailhouse snitch that claimed to have gained a confession. In the final hour of the trial, a video seconds before the murder emerged. Natalie fiercely argued for it to be excluded, and crafted a defense around the video. Despite conflicting evidence, the jury did not convict Keith Davis.

Law enforcement frequently used cell-site simulators, frequently called Stingrays, to determine where a person is located based on cell phone data. Natalie worked alongside community partners to ultimately discontinue their use in Baltimore.
