After three previous trials by other attorneys, Natalie uncovered a missing piece of evidence withheld by the State’s Attorney’s Office. Her cross examination of Detective Veney drew serious questions about the detective and the department’s credibility. The judge in the case noted Natalie’s thoroughness in over turning every single piece of evidence. Although the Judge denied Natalie’s motion to dismiss all charges, the Judge did sanction the State for it’s conduct.
